2. Offline Application Scope & Self-Management

HabitPulse is a 100% offline self-management utility software designed to assist users in tracking personal micro-habits, routines, and streaks on their local devices. The application operates entirely without server connectivity, cloud backends, or user account registration.

3. Local Data Ownership & Responsibility

All habit entries, completion logs, streak records, and routine configurations are stored exclusively on your local device storage. You retain 100% ownership of your data. HabitPulse is not responsible for data loss caused by device hardware failure, OS updates, or manual local data reset.

4. No Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developers do not warrant that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
